- eSIM plans purchased, activation status, data usage (as reported by our eSIM provider).

- Process eSIM purchases and top-ups
- Send order confirmations, activation details, and support responses via email

We do not sell your personal data. We share information only in these circumstances:
- eSIM Providers: We share necessary information (such as order identifiers) with our eSIM access providers to provision your eSIM.
- Payment Processors: Payment details are shared with PayU or other payment gateways to complete transactions, under their own privacy policies.
- Cloud Services: We use Supabase (database & authentication) and Firebase (push notifications) as infrastructure providers. Data is processed according to their respective data processing agreements.
- Legal Requirements: We may disclose your information if required by law, court order, or governmental authority.
5. Data Storage & Security
Your data is stored securely on Supabase cloud infrastructure. We implement industry-standard security measures including:
- Encryption of data in transit (TLS/HTTPS)
- Row-level security policies on our database
- Encrypted storage of sensitive credentials
- Regular security reviews
No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. While we strive to protect your data, we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We use Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) to send push notifications about your orders, eSIM status, and offers. You can disable notifications at any time through your device settings. Your FCM token is stored securely and used solely to deliver relevant notifications to your device.
